How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to the carrier (Colissimo, Chronopost, etc.). You can also check your delivery status in your account under “My Orders.” If the tracking information has not updated after 48 hours, contact us with your order number so we can investigate.
Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?
Unfortunately, once an order has been confirmed, we can no longer change the delivery address because of logistics constraints. If your parcel has not yet shipped, you can cancel the order and place a new one with the correct address. In an emergency, such as an obvious address error, contact our customer service team immediately by phone or live chat.
What should I do if I have not received my order but the tracking says “Delivered”?
First, check whether the parcel was left with a neighbor, at a pickup point or in a secure location such as a balcony or building service area. If you still cannot find it, contact the carrier directly with your tracking number so they can investigate. At the same time, notify us through the contact form within 48 hours. We will open a case and guide you through the next steps, including a refund or replacement shipment if necessary.

Delivery Times
What are the delivery times in France?
Orders are dispatched within 24–48 hours (excluding weekends). In mainland France, delivery takes 2–3 business days with Colissimo (tracking included) or 24 hours with Chronopost (paid option). Delivery times may vary during sales periods or holidays.
What should I do if my parcel is marked “Delivered” but I have not received it?
Check secure locations such as your mailbox, a neighbor’s home or a building service area. Contact the carrier directly with your tracking number. If the parcel has still not appeared after 48 hours, notify us through the contact form and we will open an investigation.
Can I change the delivery address after ordering?
No. Once an order has been confirmed, the address can no longer be changed to prevent errors. If the order has not yet shipped, cancel it and place a new order. In an emergency, such as an obvious address error, contact us immediately by phone.
What should I do if my parcel arrives damaged?
Do not throw anything away. Take photos of the parcel and the damaged product, and report the damage to the delivery driver; you may refuse the parcel within 24 hours. Send us the evidence through our form within 72 hours so we can arrange a refund or replacement shipment.

Daily Use
How should I get started with my new e-cigarette?
Fully charge the battery before first use. Fill the tank without exceeding the MAX line, then wait 5–10 minutes for the e-liquid to soak into the coil. Power setting: start at the lowest wattage and increase it gradually to avoid dry hits.
Why does my e-cigarette taste burnt?
This may be caused by a worn coil (replace it every 1–2 weeks depending on use), too little e-liquid in the tank (check the level), or a power setting that is too high for the coil (reduce the wattage).
How can I prevent e-liquid leaks?
Tighten the clearomizer and coil securely. Keep the device upright rather than horizontal, and avoid extreme temperatures, whether hot or cold.
What is the average lifespan of a coil?
On average, a coil lasts 7 to 15 days, depending on the type of e-liquid, how often you vape and the power setting. Sweet flavors can clog coils faster, and higher wattage shortens coil life.
How should I clean my e-cigarette?
Disassemble the removable parts, including the drip tip and tank. Rinse them with warm water, excluding the coil and battery. Dry everything with a clean cloth before reassembly. For a deeper clean, use a cotton swab and isopropyl alcohol on the connectors.
Can you vape during pregnancy?
No study has established that vaping is safe for the fetus. Even without combustion, nicotine can affect a baby’s development. We advise pregnant women to consult a healthcare professional about approved smoking-cessation methods, such as nicotine patches and medical support.
Does passive vaping exist?
Unlike cigarette smoke, vapor dissipates quickly and does not contain significant amounts of toxic substances. However, as a precaution, avoid vaping around children or vulnerable people, including those with asthma.
